Christmas Hill Raspberry Farm is located just off the A1 Bass Highway, mid way between Deloraine and Elizabeth Town, Tasmania. It is a 30 minute drive from the Spirit of Tasmania Terminal in Devonport or 45 minutes drive from the Launceston Airport (see map).
Seasonal Work Available
Seasonal work is available for fruit pickers from late December until the end of April. We welcome fruit pickers with and without experience. We prefer you to work with us for a minimum of 3 or 4 weeks.

All workers must have a Tax File Number. You must also have Working Holiday Visa if you are visiting Australia from overseas.

Rate of Pay
We pay by the weight of berries picked. Pay rates do fluctuate depending on the condition of the crop being harvested. We make a direct payment of your wages into your bank account and provide you with a pay slip.

There is a range on and off-farm accommodation options available including:
At the Farm
You can set up a tent or campervan and we do provide some onsite accommodation. There is a shared kitchen and shower facilities. We charge a small fee per day for the use of the camping facilities.

The Farm runs a free bus service from Tasman Lodge to the Farm from December 26th to January 10th.
